We look for individuals who are passionate about children and âintoâ fitness. You donât have to be a marathon runner, but you canât be 500 pounds sitting in the corner smoking cigarettes either.
Your community is also very important in determining if you will be successful with this business. Do you have green spaces around you? Do parents enroll children in enrichment activities? Are there lotâs of kids around your neighborhood? Watch this video if youâd like to do some market research.
100%. We are not an MLM nor a franchise. We want you to go out there and do your thing so the kids can get access to our amazing curriculum. You choose your name, you file your legal paperwork, you do your marketing. After the investment of our coaching, there are no strings attached between you and DashStrom (unless of course youâd like to continue receiving our support after you graduate).
Uh, yeah. We do this for our clients on the daily. But you need to be willing to do the work. On average expect 7-10 hours per week to get everything ready and have children on a field taking your class within 8 weeks.
We have a variety of programs to meet you where you are at in terms of support and investment. All programs include:
- A membership site with all your online learning content.
- Curriculums for: 16 class program and 2 workshops.
- Wake Up With Joy mindset coaching program.
Depending on the program you choose you will also receive:
- Weekly group coaching calls.
- One on one calls with your Client Success Manager.
- A personalized plan of action of taking you from where you are today to kids on the field.
- Accountability coaching to keep track of your progress and catch any potential problem before it becomes an issue.
- Private facebook community of entrepreneurs who have started the same business and will support you. We have the most incredible tribe.
This is why it is important to have an Evaluation Call to see what your goals are and what might work best for you.
The cost will vary depending on the program you choose, and the level of support you would like. The amount will also depend if you will finance your investment through us.
The pricing will range between our certification program (where we give you access to the EmpowerFit⢠curriculum only) at under $1,000 to our ICON program, where we set up your business for you at approximately $30,000. We have a lot of options in between. This is why it is important to have an Evaluation Call to see what your goals are and what might work best for you.
Basically, weâve built a âbusiness in a boxâ ready for you to take and implement. But we go one step further and coach you through the entire process. And we give it to you at a fraction of the cost of a franchise.
We do offer both in-house and outsourced financing for those who qualify. Please ask your Empowerment Coach for more information during your Evaluation Call.
Until 2024, DashStrom Run Clubs worked only with moms. However, as we grew, our goals grew and we want to impact a lot more children. We are now helping anyone, parent or not, regardless of how they identify to empower children with our EmpowerFit⢠curriculum.
